Yoga for Scoliosis with Sandra Safadirazieli • Sunday, August 1 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm • Scoliosis creates imbalances in the body that can lead to pain and discomfort. This workshop includes an overview of the anatomy and physiology of scoliosis and explores asana (physical postures) with an emphasis on breath, length, de-rotation, and strength building. This is an interactive class where you will learn about your habits and patterns of scoliosis as well as how to modify your yoga practice in class or at home. Minimum of 10 attendees.
