Pranayama Intensive with Momi Jhung • August 1st - 7th from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. daily • Pranayama, the fourth limb of Ashtanga yoga, is the control of the Prana, the universal life force, by working with the breath.  This intensive will provide an opportunity to learn basic supine and seated pranayamas and put a practice together over seven consecutive days.  Six months of experience is required. • $125 for the week. • To register email, info@mindbodysolutions.org.

Yoga for Scoliosis with Sandra Safadirazieli • Sunday, August 1 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm • Scoliosis creates imbalances in the body that can lead to pain and discomfort.  This workshop includes an overview of the anatomy and physiology of scoliosis and explores asana (physical postures) with an emphasis on breath, length, de-rotation, and strength building.  This is an interactive class where you will learn about your habits and patterns of scoliosis as well as how to modify your yoga practice in class or at home.  Minimum of 10 attendees.  No yoga experience required. • $60.00.  To register, email info@mindbodysolutions.org.

An Iyengar Yoga Weekend with Jo Zukovich • October 15 - 17 • Friday, October 15 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm $30. • Saturday, October 16 from 9:30 to 11:30 am $40 • Saturday, October 16 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm $40. • Sunday, October 17 from 10:00 to 12:00 pm $40. • Weekend Package $135. • This visiting teacher brings over 29 years of experience in the Iyengar method.  Pre-registration is required.
